At Tatam, we partner with top-tier brands in the US and Europe. We are looking for a Sales Growth Analyst to support our growth and retention. This is a role for a consultant-minded professional who lives at the intersection of data, sales, and storytelling.
To translate numbers into narratives and ensure leadership is perfectly equipped for every sales conversation. You prep the CEO for a sales pitch, and presentations to win the accounts.
Commercial Narratives: Own client data and account health. Translate metrics into clear stories that drive upsells and mitigate churn.
Executive Enablement: Fully brief and prepare the Head of Growth for key calls with AAA materials (slides, benchmarks, and strategy).
Strategic Roadmapping: Build 6-month roadmaps for key accounts based on structured logic and business goals.
Account Health: Monitor NPS and engagement signals to proactively propose growth or retention actions.
Targeted Outreach: Execute data-backed, selective outreach to strategic prospects in the US and Europe.
Consulting DNA: 3+ years in Management Consulting, Growth, Strategy or Account Strategy eriencia previa en roles de consultoría,

Data Storytelling: Expert at translating raw data into insights and executive-ready narratives.
Languages: Bilingual English is mandatory. (German, French, or Italian are a plus.)
Ownership: Autonomous, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with Founders and BI teams.
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar
