Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to join our growth team. Your mission is to push our agency visibility and unlock new commercial opportunities for us. You will succeed through speed, organization, and execution.
This role is about making us look credible and professional in front of top-tier decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, and Heads of Growth) across Europe and USA, and help us target enterprise and scale-up brands.
Core Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Collateral: Produce high-quality decks, case studies, and brand materials that keep the agency visible and credible in the market.
Operational Marketing: Handle the day-to-day execution of our marketing engine, including the management of our curated newsletter for CMOs and client-facing materials.
Event Coordination: Support the logistics and organization of industry events, conferences (APS, MAU, Creator Fest), and "IM Circles" to ensure a flawless presence.
Sales Support: Prepare positioning materials and support the Growth & Strategy teams in communicating our latest insights and success stories.
Administrative Execution: Manage strategic gifting programs, referral communications, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements:
Execution Mindset: A "doer" who thrives on multitasking and delivering polished work under tight deadlines.
Creative Flair: Ability to transform raw information into visually appealing decks and compelling written content.
Organizational Skills: Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows (events, newsletters, reports).
Language: Bilingual English is mandatory. (German, French, or Italian are a plus.)
Experience: Previous experience in B2B marketing or agency environments (content creation experience is a plus).
